In order for us to effectively process and deliver your International Order we ask that you: 1. Place your order online. 2. Allow one to two business days for us to respond with the best shipping options and freight quotes. 3. Upon receiving your approval, we will ship your order immediately. Delivery times will vary depending on your approved method of shipping. We require pre-payment on all international orders. Because of the limitations that many international carriers have, there are many instances where we will not be able to provide detailed tracking information once your shipment leaves the United States of America. However, we do require that delivery confirmation be purchased for all International and Domestic shipments. Most international shipping quotes can be guaranteed by School Supply Store for 7 days as noted on your shipping quote. If you have not confirmed your quote within 7 days we will need to re-quote your shipment as charges change daily. School Supply Store does not profit from shipping charges. In some cases handling charges may apply in the event that your shipment requires special packaging, inside delivery, or pallets.
